BARRISTERS / COURT REPRESENTATION

In 2004 the Public Access scheme established by the Bar Council permitted the public and paralegal firms to have direct contact with barristers chambers. Therefore there is no need to be referred to a barrister by a solicitor's practise.

ASI has a working relationship with the Public Access Barristers Association (PABA) and will put you directly in touch with the appropriate barristers should the need arise.

At ASI we prepare all the relevant pre-court paperwork and advise on all legal aspects of your case on at at a much lower cost than an average solicitor's practise.
